Gliding across shimmering waves in Hayden Lake, Idaho: May 2025

I recently went on a media trip to Spokane on behalf of Visit Spokane to experience the splendor of the Davenport Hotel Collection, and we ended up staying an extra day to go on a little field trip over to Hayden Lake, Idaho for a boat tour of the lake and to explore Coeur d'Alene.

While the others in our party headed to the cute shops for some souvineers, we explored the longest boardwalk in the world, the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and the surrounding parks. Finally, we concluded with a scrumptious dinner at Cedar's Floating Restaurant.
